The SAB BlackLine blade is a specific product that SAB Heli Division offers for 3D flight in the world of three blade rotors. This solution offers higher agility thanks to weight and dimension reduction maintaining all BlackLine performances.

Tapered tip has three effects:

1. reduces rotor aerodynamic drag
2. Pushes the center of gravity close to rotation axis
3. Reduces noise.

Simultaneously, the symmetric profile has lower thickness and little chord, offering improved reaction to flybarless systems while maintaining high aerodynamic and structural performance.

The reduced weight and the center of gravity position together ensure greater rotor response from the pilot’s input.
