Lynx – GOBLIN 500 Ultra Dampeners

By combining years of engineering and helicopter experience we at Lynx have designed special dampeners that hold the spindle and reduce play to emphasize the quick cyclic input reaction.

Lynx dampeners will increase the response and precision of your Goblin 500.

Lynx Goblin 500 dampeners are composed by two pieces – one O-ring to maintain the necessary preload (to remove side by side play) and one bushing in techno-polymer auto-lube to assure maximum load and friction resistance.

These dampeners give your Goblin 500 an incredibly precise feel in the air. The difference is visible, particularly in fast forward flight and with quick pitch changes, or any complex 3D maneuvers

Our tests show that Goblin 500  Lynx dampeners are advised when high head speed is required, specially designed for 3D fly.

 TIPS FOR BEST PERFORMANCE AND EASY INSTALLATION:

Before installing Lynx Goblin 500 dampeners, disassemble the main grip and remove STD dampeners. Retain the STD metal shims, they will need to be reused.

Do not lubricate the O-Ring or any other parts.

1- Install the O-Ring and the Bushing. Press-in the bushing may require a moderate force.

2- Install the STD Shim.

3- Finalize the Main Grip installation as per Goblin 500 manual

Once completely assembled, test the system and in the case of cyclic shacking re-adjust cyclic gain reducing Aileron and Elevator gain.
